What are the requirements for franchising?

C&C are actively seeking highly qualified individuals to become Master Franchisees. Previous restaurant experience is preferred and recommended but is not mandatory. We will take into consideration prior business experience, financial qualifications, motivation and a track record of personal success as important factors in our evaluation process. Because we want our Franchisees to succeed, we offer and require all Franchisees to complete a comprehensive training program.

FRSH FRUITSAND MELTED CHOCOLATE

Training Period

A proven training program has been key in helping us become one of the premier dessert franchises.
Because we are absolutely fanatical about our food and the people who love our food, we require that you and/or your staff take a minimum of one week of training prior to opening your first kiosk/unit and 2 weeks of real life management by way of our apprenticeship program in the franchised location.

How much does it cost to open Chocolate Business?

Prospective Candidates to single Unit, Master Franchising or Area Development License will need a minimum collective net worth starting at US$ 75.000, depending on territory of Franchise setup.

What are the Type of Franchising?

C&C are actively seeking Multi unit Operators as well as prospective Master Franchisees with the experience and financial resources to become a multi-unit operator.

Do you offer site selection services ???

We offer Consultation and assistance with site selection. Eventually you will need to retain the services of a local real estate professional to help identify quality sites, at which point we will assist you in choosing the site(s) we would recommend.

Does C&C offers Financing?

At this time, The Concept does not offer financing for prospective Franchisees. You must have the financial capacity to develop a Chocolate and Chocolate Territory and Units.

How long does it take to open Chocolate Business?

Each location is different, depending on a variety of factors  including building permits and malls rules, however it typically takes approximately 3-6 months from the time real estate is secured, shorter time represents using a location that was a prior restaurant or for the kiosk type.

Terms of A Chocolate and Chocolate franchise Agreement?

The Franchise term is Twenty (20) years. (5+5+5+5)
